These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your
use of our services provided by EcoStack Technology OÜ ("EcoStack
Cloud," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our services, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
We are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of host machines and connectivity. However, any issues arising from the operating system or software you install on your virtual server are your responsibility.
Payment for our services is required in advance. Upon receipt of payment, we will provide services within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified. Services are deemed fully provided once you have access. Payments must be made electronically and are based on the current tariffs published on our website. Additional fees may apply for intermediaries and payment systems. Failure to pay for hosting may result in service suspension. After the paid period ends, data will be stored for up to 3 days before deletion. Service resumption after suspension is typically within 24 hours of full payment.
You may request a refund of advance payments from your account balance. Refunds for activated services are possible within 24 hours of activation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. To request a refund, contact support through your account. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for breaches of this agreement or fraudulent activity. Refunds may be reduced if your actions caused losses to our company.
You have access to the server and are responsible for its use. You may install and use any legal software on your server. All materials and software must comply with Estonian laws. Your hosting can be used for any legal purpose. Support requests should be made through your account. We may take actions if your hosting is blocked due to complaints or violations. You have 2 working days to sign the service provision act or provide a written objection. Failure to sign or object within 2 days implies acceptance of services.
Our services are provided "as is." We may update service rules and pricing without notice. We ensure the proper functioning of host machines and address malfunctions promptly. We will notify you of scheduled technical works via email. We are not responsible for service access issues due to third-party actions. We may stop services and servers for scheduled maintenance or in emergencies. Customer support is available based on published tariffs on our website. We are not responsible for third-party software operation on our servers. We are not liable for any damages caused by the use of our services.
Hosting pornography, illegal software, or content violating Estonian laws is prohibited. Software for illegal activities or network abuse is not allowed. Mass mailing, except for sanctioned purposes, is prohibited. Hosting services aiding illegal activities, including network scanners or cryptocurrency mining, are not permitted.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without notice for various reasons, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted software, illegal activities such as fraud, hosting of prohibited content, hindering server operations, or engaging in disruptive behavior. We may disclose client information upon official request from law enforcement agencies.
We are not responsible for your choice of operating system or software. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages or loss of information.
By registering on our platform, you agree to receive informational emails, including service offers. You can opt-out of notifications by closing your account. We are not responsible for failure to receive important emails due to your settings.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EcoStack Technology OÜ regarding your use of our services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
